A tourist path goes around the opening on both sides. Wooden bridges and stairs installed in a number of places allow tourists to better get acquainted with the beauty of these places. From the top of the fifty-meter mountains surrounding the breach, a beautiful view opens up of rocks, stone arches and niches, waterfalls, caves, etc. It is curious that on one side above the canyon there are the ruins of an ancient Roman fortress, and on the other – eagle’s nests. At the end of the valley there is another natural attraction – the Momin skok waterfall. The stream of water noisily falls down from a height of ten meters, forming a beautiful pool below. The surrounding area is ideal for picnics with family and friends. Both the waterfall and the canyon itself were declared a natural monument on November 25, 1980 under the name “Canyon of the Negovanka River.”
